| I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS MY LAST SEMESTER AT DU!!!
its so scary. i love it here. maybe i just love it because its safe and i know what i need to do here. i want to embark on the world and discover all that it has to offer, but it would just be so much easier to stay here. :)
i like my classes for the most part. its going to be a crazy semester but a good one! good luck all! and i wish everyone graduating the best. maybe it wont be as scary as i believe it is...? |

| so, charlotte and i were talking about how xanga is a good record of what we have been up too since in college. it was rather intersting to check back and see what was gonig on around this time the last 3 years of college. the first year i wrote the most complex xanga ever. that never happens any more. i also mentioned midnight mayhem it in! The founding date of SLAP (later to be SLAPR)
The most exciting part was that the past 2 years plus this year my enties have been about the CARDINALS! Alas, I must pay homage to them:

i had a great weekend filled with lots and lots of homework. i did catch a great game one of the world series last night and a fun date with chad on friday. i wish i was in dayton away from the hw!
i did miss julia and katy this weekend! we could of had a great world series party! oh well. next time. next time!

| so, its been a while since ive updated. not too much extremely exciting stuff has happenend. this weekend was fun. it was spend doing a combo of homework/class stuff and having fun. on friday night i went to a few bars in wicker park with chad, rups, and joe. it was fun to see joe. i have not seen him a while. good times! i enjoyed the northside and piece is always fun.
on saturday i had to wake up way to early to go to the field museum to see king tut. it was fun to see, but not as great as i was hoping for $26. after that, i came back and worked on fun homework. good times.
then it was off to chads to go watch the nebraska game with him and his friend jeff (the nebraska game is football stef). it was a good time at this cute little huskers bar. even though i had never watched a nebraska game i felt like i fit in the sea of red. i also enjoyed my first jager bomb. fun stuff.
today was the best day of the weekend by far! chad and i headed up to lake geneva so i could take pictures for color photo. it was a BEAUTIFUL day and lake geneva is amazing too. i had never been there and i loved it. the town is cute and the lake beautiful. we walked around the lake for a few miles taking pictures and talking. we then headed back and headed into town for some food. the one drawback of lake geneva, not many places to eat. the place we went was ok...the food was good but the glasses of soda were the smallest thing i had ever seen! good times, good times.
i made it back to du to work on hw. no fun! the best part of homework has been seeing rups stick almost 6ft of bubble tape in her mouth. haha.
